Today in the Kelley household we have Gracie on the mend after three days of a high fever, Sam and Jack with new fevers and Tommy has decided he can climb out of the play pen that he's been sleeping in. He was throwing tantrums all morning because he seemed to think that every toy that Jack and Sam touched belonged to him. So I put him in his play pen to calm him down and pretty soon I heard, too close for comfort, a little voice say, "Mom I good now." To my horror I see Tommy clumsily crawling down the steps......good thing I've been looking for a new bed for him on the Quantico bookoo site!
Nap time has had it's hard moments. He has gotten out of his play pen twice now. He comes down stairs with dried tears on his face, looks at me with a smile until I tell him he has to go back upstairs. Then the tears start all over again. He is soo good and I have to do my best to refrain from laughter. He puts his little head down, the sobbing comes and he heads back upstairs on his own. <3 I desperately want to scoop him up and keep him with me but I know I have to be consistant. This lenten season just got a little more interesting! Still...I thank God.
